ECall provides outsourcing services to customers based on its own Contact Center since 2005. 550 operators serve the largest Ukrainian companies working in the fields of finance, telecommunications, media and publishing, Internet commerce, production of goods and services, tourism marketing and analytical research and is the only outsourcing call center of the operator Kyivstar.
